Annual Meeting
87th Annual Meeting Scheduled for March 11, 2027
The 87th Annual Meeting of the Western Sun Federal Credit Union will be held Thursday, March 11, 2027 at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa. We will have the business meeting starting at 5:00pm and it will include the Board of Directors election along with a review of our financial statement for 2026. Registration for the dinner and door prizes will begin at 6:00pm with the dinner at 6:30pm. All events a will be held in the second floor banquet room. Elevators and escalators to the banquet rooms are located next to Ruth’s Chris Steak House near the hotel lobby.
We will not play BINGO this year but draw for cash door prizes equal to our bingo pay out plus we will be drawing for a big screen television. Each member will receive a drawing ticket at registration. The link for the dinner RSVP will be available here in January of 2027.
Board of Directors Election
At the business meeting of the 87th Annual Meeting of the Western Sun Federal Credit Union we will conduct an election to fill three spaces on our Board of Directors. Nomination procedures and deadlines to apply for the volunteer board will be available here the first week of January 2027.
Board members serve a three-year term. Members are elected from the credit union membership and serve as volunteers.
