Annual Meeting
84th Annual Meeting Held on April 19, 2024
The 84th Annual Meeting of the Western Sun Federal Credit Union was held on Friday, April 19, 2024. Location was the Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills, 1902 East 71st Street in Tulsa. The business meeting and Board of Directors election started at 5:00pm with the general member registration at 6:00pm and dinner service at 6:30pm. Door prize drawings and Bingo followed dinner. The date for the 85th Annual Meeting has not be finalized. When we have a date it will be announced here.
Board of Directors Election
During the business session of the 84th annual meeting, an election to fill three positions on the Board of Directors was conducted. Mike Abdo, Randy Cowell, and Greg Shand were elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors for Western Sun Federal Credit Union is comprised of nine members who each serve a three-year term. Members are elected from the credit union membership and serve as volunteers.
Your Board of Directors: Bert Robinson, Chairman; Mike Abdo, Vice Chairman; Greg Shand, Treasurer; John Robinson, Assistant Treasurer; William Dean, Secretary; Bret Hayes, Assistant Secretary; Randy Cowell, Director; Lisa Spencer, Director; Russell Torbett, Director.
