Online and Mobile Banking

Online banking is perfect for life on the go! With our free online banking and mobile banking app, you can:

  • Check account balances, history and transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Apply for a loan
  • Check loan balances
  • Re-order checks
  • Stop payments on checks
  • Pay bills with free bill pay
  • View e-Statements
  • Set up Account to Account Transfers between accounts at other financial institutions
  • Remotely deposit checks with mobile deposit capture (mobile app only)

Telephone Teller

Access your account 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by phone. Telephone Teller, also known as PASS, is an automated telephone service that is provided free of charge to members of Western Sun. To use PASS call (918)362-1444 or toll-free (800)828-4771 and press #.

Things you can do with PASS:

  • Check account balances
  • Make loan payments
  • Transfer funds between accounts

If you have a checking account, you will receive your statements monthly by mail. Statements for savings accounts are sent quarterly (every 3 months). Members are encouraged to review their statements regularly to monitor for suspicious activity or incorrect information.

As a benefit to our members, Western Sun also offers e-statements. Members who sign up for e-statements will receive their statements electronically rather than by mail. Not only are e-statements a great way to protect the environment, they also eliminate the need to worry about statements getting lost or stolen in the mail and are an easy way to keep your identity secure. Some account types, such as Teen Checking, are automatically enrolled in e-statements.

Even better… Enrolling in e-statements can pay! New members who enroll in e-statements within 6 months of opening their first account will receive a $5 deposit into savings. It’s just our way of saying ‘thank you’ for going paperless! Click below to enroll in e-statements.

Service Centers

Did you know you can access your Western Sun accounts from 7,000 shared branches and service centers nationwide? That means that even if you’re traveling out of town or out of state, you can still access your accounts in person and perform basic transactions such as making deposits, paying your loans, and transferring between accounts! Just be sure that you have your account number and a valid government-issued photo ID. Click below to find a service center near you.

Call Center

Goodbye busy signal, hello fast service! Western Sun Federal Credit Union’s Call Center is now open to serve you. Open during normal business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Thursdays 9:00am to 6:00pm) the call center is another option to visiting a branch in person. Most basic teller transactions can be completed using the call center and it is a free service for WSFCU members. For your protection, call center employees will verify your identity at the start of the call using security questions.
