Available Positions

Teller Floats 

Immediate opening for a Full Time Teller-Float. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Hours will vary depending on other branch needs.

Responsibilities include:

*Greet members and provide them with exceptional member service.

*Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

*Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.

*Answer phones, provide account histories, transfer funds, research accounts, identify and resolve member issues and cross sell credit union products and services in a fast paced environment.

*Travel to other branch locations when the need arises.

Previous cash handling, customer service and credit union/banking experience preferred and bilingual is a plus, but not required. Excellent benefits. High School Diploma and ability to be bonded required. EOE/M/F

 

Electronic Payment Specialist III

This person will assist the department manager with projects and be a resource to the electronic payments team as a subject matter expert and assist with leadership within the department as directed to create a cohesive team and perform daily duties that will be completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: Will have assigned desk functions as related to ACH, wires, and other electronic payments as well as oversight of the electronic payments function. Assists in maintaining and updating department policies and procedures.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC, NACHA Rules and Regulation and Regulation E. Monitors and oversees business records to support audits, exams or other business-related purposes and actively participates in any future upgrades or new services relating to electronic payments.

Ability to coach, train and coordinate inter-departmental efforts; ability to focus on details and complete multiple tasks; a willingness to adjust working hours when necessary and proficient with Word and Excel.

Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience.

Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations; AAP, APRP or NCP Preferred or the ability and willingness to obtain.
