Debit/ATM Cards

When you open your Free Checking or Teen Checking account at Western Sun, you will receive a free debit/ATM card.

With your card, you can:

• Make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. The amount will be automatically deducted from your checking account balance.
• Get cash and access your accounts at ATMs around the world.
• Enjoy FREE transactions at WSFCU-owned ATMs (Bixby, Broken Arrow, Okmulgee, and Owasso). Otherwise enjoy six (6) surcharge-free withdrawals per month at any of nearly 30,000 CO-OP ATMS. After 6 withdrawals, fee of $1.50 per transaction applies.*

ATM Disputes

For an ATM dispute form, please click here. Dispute forms must be submitted within 60 days of the incident in question. Once the form is complete, you can email it to memberservices@wsfcu.com, fax it to (918)362-1490, or bring the form to any Western Sun branch location.

Traveling? Give Us a Call

Let us know if you have a WSFCU debit card and are planning to travel outside the U.S. Due to heightened debit and credit card security, your WSFCU card(s) may not work in foreign countries, including Canada and Mexico, if you do not contact us in advance. Simply call (918)362-1400 or (800)828-4771 during normal business hours and we will put a note on your account.
