Mobile Deposit Capture allows you to deposit checks remotely, without having to visit a branch or service center. Once you have been a WSFCU member for at least 3 months, you are eligible to use this feature.
Mobile Deposit Steps:
Deposits received before 4:00 PM on a normal business day will be credited within two business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).* To learn more, read the policy and FAQ’s documents below!
*Funds Availability Policy: Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then the funds will generally be available by the fifth business day after the day of deposit.
Our free Bill Pay service makes it easy to pay your bills! You can set up payments for reoccurring bills or even pay back a friend for dinner. It’s fast, easy and you will never have to buy a stamp for bills again! To get started, just click “Bill Pay” on your online banking menu or mobile app and follow the prompts to set up your first payment.

Beginning July 17, 2023, our new SecureAlerts can let you know the moment something important happens in your account. Messages you choose to receive are sent via text, email, or by push notifications on your smartphone with our mobile banking app. Choose from dozens of account activity alerts such as: a purchase using your debit card was just processed, an ATM withdrawal is made, or a check has cleared your account in an amount that exceeds the dollar amount you set. This service is FREE but message and data rates may apply from your mobile service provider. Sign up for alerts when you login to online banking and select “alerts” from the menu on the left side of the page.
Enrolling in e-statements is an easy way to help the environment, protect your identity, and eliminate the chance of your paper statements getting stolen or lost in the mail!
When you enroll in e-statements, your statements will automatically appear under your online banking. You will also receive an email each time a new statement is ready to view. Checking accounts receive monthly statements and savings accounts receive quarterly statements.
