ACH and Direct Deposits

ACH origination allows you to create electronic payments from your account, such as utility payments, account drafts, payments to another financial institution, or insurance premiums. A one-time fee of $5.00 will be assessed for each new account. This does not apply to monthly payments that are automatically drafted by the originating institution. To set up an ACH, visit any branch location.

Direct deposit is a service that automatically deposits your paycheck to your primary checking or savings account. Direct deposit is a service provided by your employer, not by the credit union, and there is no fee assessed by the credit union. To enroll in direct deposit, you will need the WSFCU routing number (303986384) and your checking or savings account number.

You can verify that ACH payments and direct deposits have gone through by viewing account activity on online banking or by Telephone Teller at (918)362-1444.

Cash Advance

A cash advance can be performed on any non-WSFCU card for a fee of $10.00 per advance. Your financial institution may also assess an additional fee.

Discount Theme Park Tickets

As a member of Western Sun, you can take advantage of many perks including discounted theme park tickets!

Silver Dollar City discount tickets are available because you have an account at Western Sun! Contact any credit union branch office for the discount code that can save you up to 15% off tickets.

Free Credit Report

To access a free copy of your credit report annually, visit https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action

Gift Cards

You can purchase VISA® gift cards at any of our 6 branch locations. Gift cards cost $2.50 each and are available in amounts from $10 – $500.

Money Orders and Official Checks

Money orders and official checks can be purchased at any Western Sun location for a fee of $2.00 each. You must be a Western Sun member to purchase money orders or official checks.

Notary Service

Western Sun provides Notary Service to our members, free of charge. Please visit any of our 6 branch locations to have your important documents notarized.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Protect your valuables and important documents in a state-of-the-art Safe Deposit Box. Western Sun has a biometric palm entrance, which means you will have your hand scanned in order to access your box. You do not need to check in and have an employee walk you back to the box.

  • 5×10″ – $45/year
  • 10×10″ – $90/year

Statements and Account Reconciliation

Copies of account statements, credit card statements, account history, 1099 checks, and debit card transactions, can be requested at any branch location for a fee of $3.00 each. Please note, you can access your statements FREE of charge through online banking when you enroll in e-statements. Click here to enroll in e-statements.

Account reconciliation is available at any branch for a fee of $15.00 per hour.

Telephone Teller (PASS)

Telephone Teller, also known as PASS, is an automated telephone service that is provided for FREE to members of Western Sun. Telephone Teller allows you to access your account 24/7 by phone.

Things you can do with PASS:

  • Check account balances for savings, checking and loans
  • Make loan payments
  • Make transfers between accounts
  • Find out current dividend rates
  • Check Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
  • Hear office hours and locations
  • And so much more!

To use PASS call (918)362-1444 or toll-free (800)828-4771 and press #. In order to access your account you must know your PIN and member number.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers can be originated at any branch location for a fee of $15.00/each for outgoing domestic wires and $30.00/each for outgoing international wires. In select cases, if a wire authorization form is on file and the amount is less than $25,000, we may be able to process a wire request made over the phone at the credit union’s discretion. The daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM for international wires and 3:00 PM for domestic wires. Please note, Western Sun is not responsible for delays or holds caused by the receiving institution.
