The best way to securely dispose of unneeded paperwork containing personal information is with our first ever Okmulgee Shred Day. Scheduled for Saturday, September 6th at our Okmulgee office (606 East 6th Street) from 9:00am to 12 noon, you may bring your documents to dispose of at our on-site shred truck. This shred event is FREE and open to all members and the public. Limit of 4 boxes of shred per person.
We have added an electronic recycling collection event to Shred Day. In addition to the shred truck, we will have a truck on-site at the Okmulgee branch from 9:00am to 12 noon, collecting your unwanted electronic items. Thanks to our friends at Electronic Synergy Foundation, you may bring your unwanted electronic items for recycling. Acceptable items include: computers, printers, microwave ovens, cell phones, and televisions.
