Beginning May 1, 2025, IDCheck will be required to verify the identity of members for all out-of-state withdrawals from shared branches.

IDCheck helps protect you by authenticating your identity via smart phone when you are accessing your account at an out of state shared branch location. When you enter a shared branch there will be a notice posted at the front door along with a QR code. Scan the code with your smart phone and follow the directions to set up your verification account.

IDCheck is required only if you are doing a transaction at a shared branch out of state.
