Available Positions

Full Time Teller – Okmulgee

Western Sun Federal Credit Union in Okmulgee has an immediate opening for a Full Time Teller. Hours are Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities include:

*Greeting members and providing them with exceptional member service.

*Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

*Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.

*Answer phones, provide account histories, transfer funds, research accounts, identify and resolve member issues and cross sell credit union products and services in a fast paced environment.

Previous credit union/banking experience, cash handling and customer service experience preferred and bilingual is a plus, but not required. Excellent benefits. High School Diploma and ability to be bonded required. EOE/M/F

Senior Branch Service Rep – Okmulgee

Western Sun Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Service Rep at our Okmulgee location. This individual will perform a variety of duties supporting member service and lending operations. It will support all branch operations by assisting with key activities and providing back up for all branch personnel and the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify, process and meet member lending requirements and maintain knowledge of all loan products, services, procedures and guidelines.
• Assist members with completion of applications, cross sell other lending products and services, process applications, follow up on loan status to facilitate decisions, ensure approval stipulations (collateral value, co-signer qualifications, etc.) are met.
• Approve loans consistent with credit union policy and close the approved loan.
• Train and assist teller in balancing, system operation and problem solving.
• Daily reconciliation of vault, ordering cash and end of day reporting.
• Receive and process member service requests and maintaining knowledge of all member service products and services.
• Opening and closing deposit accounts, savings, checking, IRA’s, etc.

Must have 3-5 years experience in opening and closing accounts, processing and approving loans, underwriting loans and cross-selling products and services.

Monday though Friday and rotating Saturday’s.

Bank or credit union experience is preferred and Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Excellent benefits + 401K. EOE/M/F.
