Available Positions

Full-Time Teller – Broken Arrow Location

Pay: $15.00 to $16.25 per hour

Western Sun Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full-time teller. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:45am to 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am to 12:15pm.

Responsibilities include:

Greet members and provide them with exceptional member service.

Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.

Answer phones, provide account histories, transfer funds, research accounts, identify and resolve member issues and cross sell credit union products and services in a fast paced environment.

Previous credit union/banking experience, cash handling and customer service experience preferred and bilingual is a plus, but not required. Excellent benefits. High School Diploma and ability to be bonded required. EOE/M/F

Mortgage Lending Coordinator – Broken Arrow Location

Pay: SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE

Western Sun Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Lending Coordinator.

This person will coordinate third-party mortgage loan programs, including: processing, originating, researching, developing and implementing lending procedures that meet credit union goals and objectives and comply with third party, collection, policy and regulatory standards; Coordinate, evaluate and recommend complementary in-house mortgage loan products.

Primary duties include but are not limited to: process and coordinate activities of the Mortgage lending department, comply with all lending regulations, identify real estate underwriting standards, forward all closed loans to investors for funding, and supervise in-house mortgage loan processes.

Must have two years to five years of similar or related experience. 

Required education: A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.

This position requires a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
