Answers to your e-Statement questions.

If you would like to sign up for e-Statements, please click the link below and you will receive your next statement electronically.  If you have questions, below are some Frequently Asked Questions about E-Statements. 

 

 

Can I receive both a paper statement and an e-Statement? No.  You can receive one or the other.  If you have e-Statements, you can always print them from your computer or save them.  You will also be able to retrieve the information for up to 12 months.   

 

What kind of computer equipment and software program is needed? You do not need any special computer or software package to access your e-Statements, just internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption.  Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher, Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, CompuServe 2000 and AOL 5.0 or higher provide the security encryption needed.  In addition, you must have a valid, working e-mail account (address).  

 

How will I know when my e-Statement is ready?  When your e-Statement is ready, you will receive an email telling you that your statement is ready.  The email address you supply us when you sign up is the one we will send the notification to so be sure you contact WSFCU if anything changes or update your email address through the link provided on the log in page.  If your email does not reach you and returns to us, you will automatically return to having paper statements.

 

 How do I enroll?   It is SO easy!  Click the e-Statement button, fill out the short form with the verification of your email address and you are ready!   You can switch back to a paper statement at any time.  

 

What if I want to cancel my e-Statements?  To cancel, simply click on "Cancel My e-Statement" button.  You can always call any WSFCU location and cancel as well.   

 

Can I have my e-Statement email notification sent to two different email addresses?  No.  Currently our system is limited to one email address per statement.

 

How long will my e-Statement(s) remain online? Western Suns e-Statement service builds over time, up to a thirteen month archive of your e-Statements. Only a total of 13 months will be archived. Please print or download your statements for long-term storage.  

 

What if I accidentally delete my email notification that my e-Statement is ready? Even if you delete the email notification you can access your e-Statements through the e-Statement Login button located in the upper right hand corner of WSFCUs homepage at www.wsfcu.com.

What are e-Statements? An e-statement is an electronic version of your regular WSFCU statement that you receive in the mail.  They're faster, easier to store for your records and save paper.  Our e-Statements look almost identical to your traditional paper statement.  You can now receive your monthly and quarterly WSFCU account statement and newsletter online, via a secure web browser.  

 


 

 Is there a charge to receive e-Statements?  No- it is a FREE service from Western Sun.

 


 

Is my e-Statement account information protected from others viewing it?  Your information is protected with the latest security features and requires a password, that only you will know, to access the information. Western Suns eStatement program also uses 128-bit encryption security to ensure that your private information stays private.
